Discount Policy

Innopocket would like to encourage customer to buy more to leverage the shipping charges. Here is the discount structure and you will get below discount when you check out your shopping cart (except Carbon Fiber Case and Audrey Charm products):

Return Policy

1. Note that we can only replace defective products purchased from us. We will not be liable for purchase of wrong product.
2. Please submit your Return of Merchandise Request to info@innopocket.com before sending your return to us. All returned products must be in their original packaging including manuals and full accessories.
3. Thereafter, please send your Merchandise to the following address:

   Kwai Chung, Hong Kong
4. After receiving your Merchandise, we will send you a mail to confirm and refund to your credit card within a month.

Repairs/ Replacement Policy

1. If you have purchased an item that is defective, please submit your repair of Merchandise Request to info@innopocket.com
2. Thereafter, please send your defective product with your order number and address in the return pack to the following address:

3. After receiving your defective product, we will send you a mail to confirm and ship a new one in few days.

Warranty Policy

1. We warrant to the end user that the product is free of workmanship problem and is entitled to 12 months warranty period commencing from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty is invalid when the product has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, tampered, repaired or modified in any way by person other than service staffs of Innopocket.
3. The purchaser will be responsible for any transportation costs.

Shipping Policy

1. We will ship to any address except P.O Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses as a signature is required at the time of delivery. We can ship your order using Post Office Air Mail or FedEx International to meet your specific needs.
2. All shipping costs cover your entire order. You can save on shipping costs when you buy multiple items. Please refer to Shipping Methods for more details.
3. For International Customers, many countries will require additional taxes and/ or duties based on the customer value of your shipment of which are responsible by customers. Please contact your country's customs office for specific details.
4. An email notification will be sent to you once the order is confirmed. We will also contact you by phone to confirm the delivery arrangement.
